Who can apply?

Plumbing and HVAC businesses with an active state plumbing license and business insurance. We verify both before approving a trade account.

How does trade pricing work?

Approved installers get exclusive trade pricing, including discounts on multi-unit purchases. Your exact pricing is shown when you log in to your approved account. You set your own installed price for your customers.

How do homeowner referrals work?

We list approved partners on our Installation Partners & Service map. Homeowners who buy a system from us search by city or ZIP and contact you directly. There are no lead fees, and you set your own labor rate.

Is there a cost to join, or any minimums?

No. There is no franchise fee, royalty, monthly fee or stocking requirement. Order as jobs come in.

Where does equipment ship?

We ship to the install address or your shop, so you do not have to carry inventory on the truck.

What support do installers get?

Sizing help, installation training and support, specialized business support, and early news on new products. Manuals and videos for every system are on our installation hub.

I am already a Flow-Tech authorized installer. Does that change?

No. Flow-Tech authorized partners stay listed as they are on our partner map. This program adds trade pricing on the rest of the Tradewinds line.

How long does approval take?

We review each application individually and email you once your license and business details are verified.
