The PFAS Defender Replacement Filter Cartridge is engineered at a 0.5-micron nominal filtration level to reduce both particulate and soluble (ionic) lead, PFOA/PFOS ("forever chemicals"), microbial cysts (Giardia and Cryptosporidium), and chlorine/chloramine taste and odor across your entire home in a single cartridge.
All components are manufactured in the USA from NSF/ANSI 61 Certified coconut-shell carbon and FDA-approved materials, and are California Prop 65 compliant. Each cartridge includes a built-in top handle for a 1-minute, no-tools swap, a disposal bag, and a 1-inch double O-ring bottom connection designed for E3-M / 840-series bottom-manifold tanks.
