The "Circuit Breaker" for Your Home's Plumbing The FloLogic 1-inch System is the industry standard for comprehensive leak detection. It monitors every drop of water entering your home and automatically shuts off the supply if irregular flow is detected—stopping damage before it starts.
Key Features:
- Unmatched Sensitivity: Exclusive EverWatch™ technology detects leaks as small as 0.5 oz (1 tablespoon) per minute, catching pinhole leaks and stuck flappers instantly.
- Zero Pressure Loss: Features a "full-port" stainless steel ball valve construction that allows water to flow freely without restriction.
- Insurance Preferred: Meets or exceeds the requirements for leak detection systems from major carriers like Chubb, PURE, AIG, and State Farm.
- App Connectivity: Compatible with the FloLogic Connect Module for smartphone alerts, remote shutoff, and real-time usage monitoring.
- Always On: Includes a battery backup to keep your property protected for up to one week during power outages.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Can it detect leaks on well systems? Yes, install after the pressure tank for accurate flow sensing.
-
Is a check valve required?
Yes on municipal and community-well supplies. FloLogic requires a spring-loaded check valve or functioning backflow preventer immediately upstream of the valve so street-side pressure fluctuations are not read as flow. Well systems: install after the pressure tank; a sediment filter is recommended. Homes with tank-style water heaters may need a thermal expansion tank if a check valve is newly added. Local utility backflow rules vary and are separate from FloLogic’s installation spec.
- What if there's a power outage? The backup battery keeps it running for hours.
- Does it work outdoors? Yes, the FloLogic System can be installed in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, indoors or outdoors, as long as it is protected from prolonged water exposure or submersion. While the System is water resistant, a valve cover is recommended for outdoor installations.
